Robert L. Freed of Buena Vista passed away Jan. 9, 2022 in the home he loved and helped build. His wife of 32 years, Maryanne, helped him through this last journey.

Barb was born on May 12, 1954, to her parents, Duane and Judith (Porter) Crites in Kokomo, Ind. The family moved to Buena Vista when she was 12 years old.

Elizabeth (Betty) Keeley McCarthy passed away peacefully on Friday, December 31, 2021 at her home in Lighthouse Point, Fla.

Frances Helen Scott, wife of Gerald Wesley Scott and mother of Charles Alan and Michael Tacon Scott, all of Richmond, died suddenly on Nov. 6, 2021.
