Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners will hold Public Hearing to consider the following application:
Name of Project: Ludwig Heritage Water Subdivision Exemption
Applicants: Gary & Mary Ludwig
Location: 504 S. Pleasant Avenue, Buena Vista
Request: To subdivide Lot 2R, 2nd Amendment, Ludwig Boundary Line Adjustment V of 4.509 acres into two lots of 2.027 and 2.482 acres. A new well and on-site wastewater treatment system will serve the new lot.

Letters or emails need to arrive the Friday before the hearing by 12:00 noon to allow sufficient time for the Board or Commissions to read your letter or email.
