Colorado Springs resident Marie Exley, 40, was issued a citation on charges of speeding 10-19 MPH over the posted limit and careless driving in the area of Crossman Avenue on Sept. 2.

A male juvenile was issued a citation on charges of limitations on backing in the area of South Railroad Street on Sept. 4.

Ballston Spa, N.Y. resident Charles Weitz, 32, was issued a citation on charges of speeding 1-4 MPH over the posted limit in the area of East Main Street on Sept. 5.

Nathrop resident Frances MacCollum, 87, was issued a citation on charges of limitations on backing in the area of East Main Street on Sept. 9.

Salida resident Zachary Short, 28, was issued a citation on charges of speeding 10-19 MPH over the posted limit in the area of Rodeo Road on Sept. 10.

Buena Vista resident Dustin Dieckow, 24, was arrested and taken to CCDC on charges of DUI and DUI per se and prohibited use of weapons in the area of East Main Street on Sept. 11.

Seattle, Wash. resident James Caporaso, 78, was issued a citation on charges of speeding 1-4 MPH over the posted limit in the area of Crossman Avenue on Sept. 13.

Fort Collins resident Patricia Stepp, 56, was issued a citation on charges of speeding 1-4 MPH over the posted limit in the area of Rodeo Road on Sept. 13.

Buena Vista resident Channon Pennington, 44, was arrested and taken to CCDC on charges of harassment and domestic violence in the area of Park Lane on Sept. 15.

Salida resident Connor Oman, 31, was issued a citation on charges of speeding 1-4 MPH over the posted limit in the area of East Main Street on Sept. 19.

Dianna Harris, 48, homeless, was issued a summons to county court on charges of theft in the area of U.S. highway 24.

Poncha Springs resident JoAnne Edwards, 71, was issued a citation on charges of changed lanes when unsafe in the area of U.S. Highway 24 South on Sept 19.

Buena Vista resident Winona Clay, 83, was issued a citation on charges of limitations on backing in the area of U.S. highway 24 on Sept. 21.

Buena Vista resident Bret Durza, 32, was issued a summons to county court on charges of careless driving in the area of South Railroad Street on Sept. 22.

Buena Vista resident Nathan Fickle, 26, was issued a summons to municipal court on charges of scattering of rubbish in the area of East Main Street on Sept. 25.

Freestone resident Gregory MaCauley, 42, was issued a citation on charges of speeding 5-9 MPH over the posted limit in the area of East Main Street on Sept. 26.

Colorado Springs resident Arika Meek, 31, was issued a citation on charges of careless driving in the area of West Main Street on Sept. 28.

Buena Vista resident Lane Kersting, 26, was issued a summons to county court on charges of compulsory insurance - failed to present upon request and displayed expired license plates in the area of U.S. Highway 24 South on Sept. 28.

Colorado Springs resident Nathan Eversole, 36, was issued a summons to county county on charges of displayed expired license plates in the area of U.S. Highway 24 South on Sept. 28.

Silvercliff resident Deborah Spatziani, 48, was issued a summons to county court on charges of displayed expired license plates in the area of East Main Street on Sept. 28.

Niwot resident Jeremy Jaeger, 41, was issued a citation on charges of speeding 5-9 MPH over the posted limit in the area of West Main Street on Sept. 29.

Lamar, Ark. resident Stephen Fisher, 67, was issued a summons to county court on charges of displayed expired license plates in the area of West Main Street on Sept. 30.
