Name of Subdivision: Mountain Shadows Major Subdivision Preliminary Plan/Final Plat
Applicant: Daniel Shinedling and Pamela Roberts
Location: 12498 & 12500 County Road 140, Salida
Request: To re-subdivide Lots 2 & 3 of the Wooden Flume Minor Subdivision totaling 11.04 acres into 5 lots with the minimum being 2.05 acres. Water by wells, wastewater treatment by on-site wastewater systems.

Request: To divide 54.25 acres into 11 lots with the minimum lot size being 3.58 acres. Water by wells, wastewater treatment by on-site wastewater systems.
Planning Commission Hearings: Tuesday, June 25, 2019. The meeting starts at 6:00 p.m. and will be held in the Commissioner’s Meeting Room, 104 Crestone Ave., Salida.
Board of Commissioners Hearings: Tuesday, July 9, 2019 hearings begin at 9:15 a.m. to be held in the Commissioner’s Meeting Room, 104 Crestone Ave., Salida.
Additional information regarding the specifics of this application is available for public inspection in the Development Services Office, 104 Crestone Ave. Salida or at the Buena Vista Annex, 112 Linderman Ave and on the Planning and Zoning page at http://chaffeecounty.org/Planning-and-Zoning-Planning-Commision. All interested persons are encouraged to attend one of the public hearings or submit a statement with opinions and comments on the proposed land use change.
