Location: 9412 County Road 175, Salida
Request: To divide 13.08 acres into 6 lots with the minimum being 2.0 acres. Water by wells, wastewater treatment by on-site wastewater systems.
Planning Commission Hearing: Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. to be held in the Commissioner’s Meeting Room, 104 Crestone Ave., Salida.
Board of Commissioners Hearing: Tuesday, June 11, 2019 beginning at 9:15 a.m. to be held in the Commissioner’s Meeting Room, 104 Crestone Ave., Salida.

All interested persons are encouraged to attend one of the public hearings or submit a statement with opinions and comments on the proposed land use change.
