Notice is hereby given that the Chaffee County Planning Commission and Board of County Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing to consider the following application:
Name of Subdivision: Larks Perch Major Subdivision Preliminary Plan
Applicants: 9479 Hutchinson LLC, c/o Integrity Trust Company
Location: 9479 Hutchinson Lane, Salida
Request: To divide 36.87 acres into 14 lots with the minimum lot size being 2.01 acres. Property will be served by wells and on-site wastewater treatment systems.
Planning Commission Hearing: Tuesday, March 3, 2020 to be held in the Commissioners Meeting Room, 104 Crestone Ave., Salida. The meeting starts at 5:30 pm.
Board of Commissioner Call-Up Hearing: Tuesday, April 7, 2020 to be held in the Commissioner’s Meeting Room, 104 Crestone Ave., Salida. Hearing starts at 9:15 a.m.

All interested persons are encouraged to attend one of the public hearings or submit a statement with opinions and comments on the proposed land use change.
