SPECIAL USE PERMIT
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held before the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Buena Vista, Colorado, in the Pinon Room of the Buena Vista Community Center, 715 E. Main Street, at 6:00 PM on Wednesday, October 2, 2019, to consider a Special Use Permit application by Melinda Duncan of Roserush Holdings, LLC per Buena Vista Unified Development Code Section 6.5.2 to allow for a short term rental in an MU-MS zone district for the property located at 312 East Main Street.
