Chaffee County remembers former commissioner Blackwell

The passing of Harold Blackwell is mourned by many in this community. Although he had not been active in recent years, he had a long history of involvement in his community and in his church, serving as a bus driver, Chaffee County commissioner, businessman and active member of Temple Baptist Church.
