MOUNT PRINCETON HOT SPRINGS RESORT is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee food and beverage operations at the Mary Murphy Steak House. This position oversees all food service production resort wide. Ensures proper rotation and quality of product. Conducts monthly food inventory. Monitors food cost. Supervises production for restaurant and in room dining services. Completes production and prep lists for line staff. Monitor and control the maintenance/sanitation of kitchen, equipment, and related areas to ensure a healthy, safe work environment. Responsible for daily food cost tracking and communicating product rotation and usage needs. Stay current on culinary techniques and presentations.
